What to expect?

Startups participating in the incubation program will use the assigned infrastructure of co-working spaces for free, have the opportunity to establish a network of useful acquaintances, participate in pre-acceleration programs, consult privately with experienced business wolves and experts, participate in events and pre-acceleration programs.

Start-ups - very small or small companies with high and innovation-based business development potential, operating for no longer than 5 years;  

Teams or individuals who have not yet established a legal entity (but intend to), with an innovative idea.

PRE-ACCELERATION PROGRAMS

Lighthouse Hub successfully runs pre-acceleration programs for early-stage startups seeking to grow quickly and sustainably. Over the entire period of the programs' implementation, more than 100 startups have already participated in the pre-acceleration programs, thus significantly contributing to the development and growth of the startup ecosystem in Western Lithuania.

Pre-acceleration programs were successfully implemented in 2024, 2025, and in 2026, due to great interest, two cycles of the program were organized.

Lighthouse Hub pre-acceleration programs help startups more clearly define their value proposition, better understand market needs, strengthen their business model, and prepare for faster growth and investment. It is an intensive, practice-based program focused on real-world startup progress and market readiness.

During the programs, startups work together with experienced mentors, business experts and partners, participate in practical workshops, individual consultations and networking events. Each participant receives not only relevant knowledge, but also a clear action plan for further development.
