Lighthouse Digital Innovation HUB (DIH) – is a competence center providing innovation consulting and digitization services, uniting progressive business companies, scientific institutions and public organizations.

Purpose of Lighthouse DIH - to familiarize companies and institutions with the possibilities provided by the latest digital technologies, to help them implement them in their activities and thus increase the added value and competitiveness created.

Activities of Lighthouse DIH  - gathers a progressive community of digital technologies in a space that inspires to create and implement innovations - provides an opportunity to use the latest knowledge, experience and technologies that help its customers to experiment and test digital technologies in the region of Western Lithuania.

We are a network that invites DIH members and companies from various fields that need digital solutions to participate in joint projects.  

We currently offer companies a 50% subsidy from EU funds for innovation consulting services.

Digital prototyping

When you have an idea, seed funding or a defined timeline for implementation 

- We will perform a detailed business and technological audit of your idea or planned product
- We will provide recommendations for the improvement of the idea or product and possible development alternatives
- We will create a working system prototype

Consulting on IT systems and application programming

When IT solutions are needed to help solve business digitization issues.  

- We will provide consultations on the most appropriate solutions for an IT system or mobile application
- We will inform you about the possible means of digitizing the company's business processes
- Implementation and installation of selected IT solutions

The service will be carried out in close cooperation with members of the Digital Innovation Center (SIC) with professional a team of programmerss, orientationheap to qualityų servicesprovision of and long-term cooperation with customers. 

Process analysis and digitization

When there is a need to grow a company's digital maturity and maintain a culture of innovation

- We will analyze the processes of your company's most important activities and identify weak points
- We will offer process optimization solutions and tools
- We will help you master process modeling principles and carry out continuous improvement of processes

Consultations for attracting funding from EU funds

When decisions on EU support are needed


- We will provide all information about already announced and planned EU support measures
- We will assess the company's suitability and opportunities to participate in the EU support measure
- We will help you prepare the EU support application

DIH membership is open to:

  1. Companies developing or providing digitization services
  2. Companies or organizations that want to implement innovations in their internal processes 

We provide our members with access to a modern infrastructure adapted to the creation of innovations and offer professional innovation support and consulting services, thus aiming to facilitate the conditions for the creation of new products and innovations.
